Today's math homework is PW 51 on missing factors.  Knowing the multiplication facts 0-5 really makes this assignment a lot easier.

The science test was passed back today.  Parents are asked to sign it and return it to school.  Thanks!

Thursday

Tomorrow there will be a test on the solar system.  A study guide was given on Monday.  Parents are asked to study with their child and sign it at the top.  Returning this signed study guide is worth 5 points.

We are working our way through multiplication of simple facts.  The third graders should make a habit of practicing a little each day.

The spelling test this week is on oi/oy words.

It's the last weekend before Christmas!  Have a good one!

Monday, November 30th

Tomorrow is our field trip to St. Cloud.  We will be starting off at the Skatin' Place for roller skating.  We will then go on to the Paramount Theatre to see The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

Please have your child wear boots, as we will be getting snow this evening.  Long socks are highly recommended to prevent roller skates from rubbing.  Students need to remember to pack their own lunches, and we are discouraging soda pop.  The children are welcome to bring a few extra dollars for buying treats/junk at the Skatin' Place.  Please note that the video arcade area will be off limits.
